I'm from Matiari, a small town in Pakistan where design opportunities were almost non-existent. I studied Computer Science and started off in programming, but I always felt more drawn toward design and solving user problems visually. Switching careers wasn’t easy, especially with very few tech companies around. But I kept building, learning, and sharing online.
Today, I'm living in Madrid and working full-time as a Product Designer at Revolut, where I help design simple, secure fintech experiences used by millions worldwide.
On the side, I also built Layover—a platform for designers to discover and share inspiration. It started as a passion project to support the creative community and helped me explore product thinking, branding, and design leadership.
Previously, I was at Majid Al Futtaim - UAE, where I worked on features like gift cards, FAB credit cards, and the Smiles Tip-In Tip-Out. I contributed directly to business goals by increasing user numbers and boosting retention in the app.
Before that, I contributed to SadaPay, a leading Pakistani fintech startup acquired by Papara, and designed subscription modules for Careem Plus, benefiting 48+ million users as part of my role at VentureDive.
I’ve also worked on side projects like Design Lobby, a cloud-based tool that helps design teams manage and control assets. It’s currently in beta, with over 750+ signups, powered by a Serverless backend on AWS.
When not designing or coding, you’ll find me sharing creative work on Dribbble, Instagram, and UI8, or writing on Medium. For downtime, I enjoy good food, reading, and Netflix!
